Orders & shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days, and Express takes 1–2. Orders placed before 1 pm ship the same day.
Is shipping free?
Orders over the free-shipping amount shown in the banner ship free by standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Contact us and we’ll let you know when we do.
A bottle arrived broken. What now?
Send a photo through the contact page with your order number and we’ll send a replacement.
The sauce
How hot is it?
Mild is gentle, Guava is warm, and Original is hot. The heat meter on each product shows it on a scale of 5.
What’s in it?
Tomato, cane vinegar, scotch bonnet pepper, pimento, garlic and onion. Guava adds guava. There are no artificial preservatives, sweeteners or flavours.
How should I store it?
Keep it somewhere cool and dry. Refrigerate after opening.
Accounts & subscriptions
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you track orders, save addresses and manage subscriptions.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe & save on any sauce to get a discount on every delivery. You can skip, pause, change or cancel from your account at any time. Subscriptions need an account.
How do I apply for wholesale?
Fill in the wholesale application. Approved businesses get case pricing when they log in.
